Announcing The Release of BDR 9.4

Instructions are available here.This release merges the latest PostgreSQL 9.4.11 point release, thus capturing all the fixes – in particular, the CIC bug fix recently discovered and fixed by 2ndQuadrant in PostgreSQL core.
