Production Support
2ndQuadrant provide full 24x7 support for PostgreSQL, which includes guaranteed Service Level Agreements and Postgres bug fixes.
Many of our customers want more from us than passive low-cost support and we provide them with a range of additional options.
Database Crash Recovery
If your database crashed, became corrupted because of hardware failure or you have a backup error then we can help. Using advanced low-level tools we can salvage some or all of your data, in many cases even after it has apparently disappeared from your PostgreSQL database. We typically handle about 10 cases a year, so we have experience that continues even when other support options have run out.

We know PostgreSQL skills are in short supply and hiring the right calibre of person can be difficult. If you need PostgreSQL skills we can provide flexible staff resources with the right skills, right now. For example, we can supply staff 2 days/week, provide cover for sickness or provide regular out of hours coverage.

Many customers want advice, experience and insight, not just RTFM. We provide a call-off contract to allow you access to our consultants for any task or question, such as design reviews or explanations of why things work the way they do.
