Many customers want advice, experience and insight, not just "RTFM".
We provide a call-off contract to allow you access to our consultants for any task or question, such as design reviews or explanations of why things work the way they do.
That said, a sometimes unstated goal of virtually every service we provide is to impart knowledge onto our clients, so that they can generalise from any work performed, and benefit from our experience.
